We accept all forms of payments through our payment processor Square.
No Extra Guest
Please no extra guest unless they are being serviced. Remember we want you to relax and practice self care.
Deposits and Cancellations
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit that goes towards the remaining balance. This deposit is only refundable in the instance of me the stylist cancelling your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, please try to do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date.
No call/No Show=Banned
Cancellations
Please note that a 24-48 hour notice is required for ALL cancellations

Late Arrivals
We provide a 10-minute grace period.
If this is exceeded, your appointment will be canceled by us.

All services performed in the salon are not meant to cure, treat or remedy any medical conditions
Guest acknowledge all services performed are done at your own risk.
Guest with severe allergies, or medical conditions are strongly advised to see their PCP prior to booking services with Loc Your Look LLC
Loc Your Look LLC reserves the right to discontinue services for any reason at any time that ensures the safety of all parties.
All Children must enter with an adult. I deeply understand that parents need a BREAK; I do not mind you dropping your child off. I will contact you 30-45 mins before appointment completion. If for any reason a parent is not on time, a late fee WILL BE APPLIED. Loc Your Look LLC is not a babysitting service.
